1. PRIVACY POLICY

2. BOOKING TERMS

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is payable at check-in. Rates are charged in VND. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for damage caused during their stay.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival or failure to arrive, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.

4. CHILDREN POLICY

Infants are children aged 0–5, and children are aged 6–12. Guests aged 13 and above are charged as adults. Please include all children when booking. Extra beds and additional services are subject to availability and may incur a charge.

5. HOTEL RULES

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Guests must provide valid identification, respect other guests, keep noise to a minimum and follow resort safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused during their stay.
